We invite travellers to purchase a one time lounge pass directly with us here.

You can purchase your Premium Pass to enter most of our lounges here on our website. This is the perfect option for the occasional traveller or if you want to celebrate a special occasion with us prior to travelling for yourself or your loved ones.

Simply select the lounge that you would like to visit together with the date and approximate time of your visit, complete payment online and you will then receive your Premium Pass by email to present to us at the lounge.

If you would like to pay in Argentine Pesos via our MercadoPago platform, just select the «ARS» option on the form prior to getting started. All prices include IVA. Please keep in mind that payments made by cards issued in Argentina in USD or EUR may attract additional local taxes and retention charges.

Should your plans change, please get in contact with us to reprogram your visit for another occasion. Each Premium Pass can be redeemed only one time.

Children under the age of 2 years who are accompanied by an adult Premium Pass holder may enter the lounge free of charge.

We welcome members of various programs that we are affiliated with. Many of these programs open the doors of over a thousand lounges around the world, while many banks and premium credit cards offer complimentary memberships to such programs for their customers.

Our arrangements with certain programs may vary between our lounges. For this reason we recommend that you consult our page about Our Lounges to see what arrangements we have in place at the lounge you would like to visit. It is also worth noting that every membership program is unique so to learn more about your specific benefits, terms and conditions and how to use them please consult your bank or program directly.

Members of these programs may bring guests with them as stipulated by their membership. Please keep in mind that children over the age of 2 years will be considered a guest, while infants under the age of 2 years can accompany a member on a complimentary basis. In all cases the maximum stay permitted for members in the lounge is three hours.

To enter a lounge you will need to present your valid membership credential as specified by your program. It may be a digital or physical credential. You will also need to present a valid boarding pass in the same name as the member. We highly recommend that you download and activate your digital membership credential before travelling to avoid any inconveniences. Please be advised that it will not be possible to enter a lounge without a valid and active credential.
